Busy Week

Hoo, boy, what do I write about?  My yarn boss is on vacation this week, so I've been holding down the yarn fort and working way more days than usual, while also showing up and being useful and effective at my office job.  But on Tuesday it was mad slow at the store, so I got to spend most of the day fiddling around and actually writing!  It was a treat.  I wrote about a thousand words on my draft for the Love Has No Boundaries event for the M/M Romance Group on Goodreads.  Diamond thieves!  So far they are canoodling out on the veranda at a big party, and our thief is waiting for a chance to sneak away to the vault for his prize.  Also there will be sex. And on my walk to work today, I was pondering an old idea that's been lingering for a while, about a romantically involved foursome of car thieves.  There's a car jacker, two car thieves, and their chop shop mechanic.  Lots of hot menage and one-on-one sex and illegal shenanigans and being badasses.  So on and so forth.  I don't know what the market is for poly romance, but I want it to happen.  Somewhere in there, there will be conflict, I guess?

Other WIPs at the moment are all fannish, but I do need to sit down with paper and pen and do some outlining, character cards, and storyboarding.  Maybe Sunday, when I finally have a day off again.  Here's hoping!
